This workshop will teach you how to go from topic or idea to story, how to structure the pitch, and how to make sure it hits the mark. Kate's landed pitches in magazines and newspapers from National Geographic to The New York Times, and while this workshop is primarily focused on landing a narrative feature, it translates to any type of writing. Participants will have the chance to go through the pitch development process with their own ideas, and will leave the workshop with editor-ready pitches.
