About me
Ken is Past President for OWAA. He is a National Outdoor Book Award winning author and freelancer. He has published 10 books to date including the brand new title Knowing The Trees (Mountaineers Books). His 2020 release Earth Almanac won an OWAA EIC Award. Ken is a regular contributor to Birds and Blooms magazine and The Nature Conservancy’s Cool Green Science. He and his wife Heather Ray own and operate the Wild Birds Unlimited store in Bloomington, Indiana.
