DAY 1 | THURSDAY, AUGUST 14

  • 12:30-1:30 p.m. Welcome to Dunlap, TN
    Explore Small Town America, Dunlap, Tennessee with its beautiful historic downtown area and small shops.
  • 2:00 p.m. Tennessee Tree Toppers
    The Tennessee Tree Toppers is a public-benefit non-profit organization of pilots and friends who work together to promote and preserve hang gliding and paragliding in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley of southeastern Tennessee.
  • 2:00 p.m. Flying Camp *Weather contingent, tandem flights possible
    We fly all year long when the weather provides good air currents suitable to enjoy safe flights from our mountain launch and easy grassy landings in the farm fields below in the valley.  "Enjoy the thrill of the wind in your hair and nothing but air below your feet!"
  • 4:00 PM Rolling Oak Distillery
    Tour of Distillery 1st and only legal distillery in Sequatchie County producing all natural time-tested recipes from a 6th generation moonshiner. Tasting Bar and receive a "Mini" jar

    The Dunlap Coke Ovens are the remnants of a coke production facility near Dunlap, in the U.S. state of Tennessee. Built in the early 1900s, the facility consists of five batteries of 268 beehive ovens, which operated under various companies until the early 1920s. Hike on the Trail of Tears
  • 4:45 p.m. Gather at the Dunlap Mercantile to depart for dinner at Top of the Rock (45 min. drive)

DAY 3 | SATURDAY, AUGUST 16
  • 8:00 Light breakfast at lodging; check out of accommodations
  • 8:45 a.m. Depart for Coalmont
  • 9:15 a.m. Welcome to Coalmont OHV Park
  • 12:30 Picnic lunch and waterfall/swimming & hike 
  • Option 1 -  Caverns Campground, dinner, Tycho Underground
  • Option 2 - Sewanee Walking Tour, lodge dinner

DAY 4 | SUNDAY, AUGUST 17
  • Option 1 continued: Breakfast onsite at Caverns Food Trucks, Caverns Big Room Adventure Tour
  • Option 2 continued: Breakfast at Beersheba Springs Market, Beersheba Historic District Walking Tour, Hike to Stone Door
  • 1:00 Lunch at Hank's Corner Grill
  • 2:00 Depart for Fall Creek Falls State Park
  • 3:15 Betty Dunn Nature Center
  • 4:00 Check out of Fall Creek Falls Lodge
  • 6:00 Dinner at the Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls

DAY 5 | MONDAY, AUGUST 18
  • Breakfast, possible hike, paddle, rock climbing and drive to Chattanooga
